The St Regis Deer Valley has unveiled a new transparent après-ski bar and lounge, The Vintage Room. Located directly on the resort’s Ski Beach, the winter drinks paradise allows skiers to enjoy cocktails and more while be surrounded by mountain beauty.
The Vintage Room at The St Regis Deer Valley is a clear and heated 1,600-square-foot structure with vaulted ceilings located along one of the resort’s ski runs. Visitors can ski directly to the bar’s doors from the Deer Hollow run, rack their skis, and walk through one of three sets of double French doors to get to the slopeside drinks spot.
On the menu, guests will find signature cocktails alongside, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages. For food, there’s a raw bar as well as heavier options, including squid and octopus ceviche, Maine lobster salad, turkey chili, and creamy tomato soup.
Inside, The Vintage Room sports a 30-foot wooden bar as well a lounge with a raised VIP area, which offers wine and Champagne service. Outside, there’s a spacious deck with seats around a fire pit.
Seating at The Vintage Room is available on a first-come, first-served basis. The VIP, meanwhile, can be booked for up to 10 people and comes with a food and beverage minimum of $1,000 for lunch and $2,000 for après.
