Bulgari Unveils Private Island Resort In The Maldives With Overwater Villas And Cocktail Bar

Bulgari (or Bvlgari, if you like) has unveiled it will be opening a private island resorts in the Maldives in 2025. It will be the 13th hotel in the luxury brand’s portfolio.

Located on 20-hectares of tropical island beauty, the Bulgari Resort Ranfushi will be designed by Italian architectural firm ACPV Architects Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel. It will be made up of 54 keys, including a villa on a separate private island, 33 beach villas with individual swimming pools and 20 overwater villas. There will be four dining venues: Italian venues Il Ristorante – Niko Romito and La Spiaggia, Chinese fine dining Bao Li Xuan, and Japanese venue Hoseki. There will also be a Bulgari bar, which are famed for being some of the more inventive and decadent drinking establishments on the planet, as well as a spa with an adjacent fitness center, yoga pavilion, private library, a boutique, and a ‘La Galleria’ shop selling items from international designers.

The Bulgari Resort Ranfushi will be located in the Raa Atoll of the Maldives archipelago, a 45-minute seaplane flight from the Malé airport.

Bulgari Hotels and Resorts currently have establishments in Paris, Milan, Bali, London, Beijing, Dubai, and Shanghai, and is set to open further hotels in Rome and Moscow next year, followed by Tokyo in 2023, Miami in 2024, and Los Angeles in 2025.
