Vinexpo Paris Will Go On As Planned

Vinexpo Paris

Vinexposium has confirmed Wine Paris & Vinexpo Paris will take place as planned next month. The event will welcome an international audience from February 14 through 16 at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles in France. It is Vinexposium’s biggest event.

“With six weeks to go before the exhibition opens, we are putting all our energy into delivering the event the industry is expecting,” said Rodolphe Lameyse, CEO of Vinexposium. “We are leveraging all our resources to bring in key international buyers and make Wine Paris & Vinexpo Paris an amazing event in every aspect.”

The February show will be the first to take place in Paris in two years due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Over three days, it will host 2,800 exhibitors from 32 countries, with “ramped up” attendance from every region in France.

“After two years with no exhibitions, it is becoming essential for us to reconnect with our producers and more importantly to meet and be able to list new producers,” commented Sébastien Clément, CEO of Tanium Vins et Spiritueux in Quebec. “For the sake of our business, the time has come to see each other again. The hosting arrangements guarantee that everything will go as smoothly as possible for us and attending Wine Paris & Vinexpo Paris in mid-February was a foregone conclusion for me.”

Attendees will be required to show a Covid pass and face coverings will be mandatory during the show. Digital access badges will be favored and an enhanced cleaning system will be used in each area throughout the show.

While the show takes place inside Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, venues across the French capital will offer special events as partners of the show.
