Teeling Whiskey has launched The Teeling Renaissance Series Masterclass. Irish Whiskey fans are invited to join Teeling Master Distiller, Alex Chasko, Global Brand Ambassador, Robert Caldwell and Special Guest, Brigid O’Hora, for the event on February 25th at 7pm (Irish Time).
Brigid is a well-renowned Sommelier and has a HDip in WSET. The event will include the tasting of the full Renaissance Series to date, including the soon to be released Renaissance Series 3.
The Renaissance Series is a collection of 18 Year Old Single Malt Bottlings celebrating the very best that Teeling Whiskey has to offer. Alex, Robert, and Brigid will be breaking down what makes these premium whiskeys so special, as well as diving into the variety of unique wine cask finishes that will be sampled during the event. Tickets for this virtual event are €50 ($60 USD) (plus shipping).
This live event will be streamed via Zoom on February 25th at 7pm (Irish Time). Event packs will include samples of Renaissance Series 1, 2 and 3, as well as a sample of each of the Wines whose casks the Whiskeys were matured in. The tasting packs cannot be shipped to the UK (excl. NI), USA, Canada, Mexico, Russia, South Africa, or South America.

Last month, Teeling Whiskey announced the second release in its Wonders of Wood series, the Cherry Wood Cask. The new edition follows the release of the Teeling Whiskey Amburana Cask, which hit shelves back in November.
A 15 Year Single Malt aged initially in Bourbon barrels and then in virgin Cherry Wood, the Teeling Wonders of Wood Cherry Wood Cask Whiskey “challenges the conception of traditional Whiskey flavors,” says the distillery. The Irish Whiskey is full of floral notes, dried fruits, and mellow spices.
